
Ed Heegan is a Brooklyn NYC Native and former FDNY Firefighter.
A graduate of Xavier High School – U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Program. He attended Iona University and served as a missionary in Central America.
He has served as a member of the Kiwanis Brotherhood, Knights of Columbus, Peer Mentorship at Friends Of Firefighters, and as Board Member for the ALS Watchdogs, supporting First Responders battling ALS.
He studied Meditation & Breathwork with Monk Scott Tusa at The Path. He participated in intensive Men’s healing work with Jason Maas at The North Node; received foundational knowledge and guidance from his personal mentor Professor John Jerry Anthony Parente at Iona University; and studied Kundalini Yoga with Guru Darham & Emotional Integration with Swaran Pal.
Ed Heegan currently works with Guardian Revival Peer Mentorship Program, lending guidance & support to Military Veterans & First Responders with the goal of helping others heal from the stress injuries & trauma from their service & sacrifice.
